Cloughton Wyke is a bay near to Scarborough. I descended the steep path to the bay in the dark wearing a head torch.
I could see large rollers breaking into the bay on an incoming tide and the tops of the waves were being blown by a strong off-shore wind.
As the sun rose above the horizon, I was capturing the rollers in front of the sunrise when a Cormorant flew across the wave.
